The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time All the details were in writing: he'd bring a 26' truck, pay all the gas, bring a crew, and help load and unload the truck in 1 day. On 6/26/22 he called and requested $308.33 through Cash App for a deposit on the UHaul, which I paid. He also verbally agreed that he would arrive "around 8:00am or 9:00am" on 6/27/22, which he did not. I called him at 9:29am on 6/27/22 and he said he was picking up the UHaul truck in 1 minute, when UHaul opened. He didn't tell me he'd be late. Then he said he'd be

EXCELLENT job. Worked EXTREMELY hard for the duration of our move. Was very careful to treat all of our belongings with the utmost respect. They moved quickly and efficiently. Our decision to choose them for our move was the best one I have made in a long time! I will DEFINITELY use them for our next move.

Junior and Gary were amazing! They called 45 min prior to their arrival, arrived on time, worked SUPER hard, packed everything carefully, and were a pleasure to be around. The same is true for the unload. I actually enjoyed paying them!!
