There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Upon arrival at the point of origin, the homeowner pointed out the item to J&S. They took the wrong item and failed to check it against the listing, which included several photos. When I saw a photo of the fixture they took, I asked them to return it. They wanted to charge me an additional $100 to return it and collect the correct item. When I refused, they refused to transport the correct item. This is extortion.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver messaged me to do a Sunday pickup before I accepted the quote, but I am not receiving ANY messages in a timely fashion, so I didn’t get it before accepting.

At first, I was super-happy with Ambassadors. But when the sofa was delivered damaged, things went downhill. They were supposed to reimburse me for the damage in two steps: after my purchase of the new fabric, and upon their receipt of the reupholstery quote.
I received the first payment, but never the second. They promised to reimburse me for the reupholstery after the first of the year, but did not respond to email inquiries. I am still owed quite a bit of money on a very expensive sofa.

home direct usa has delivered items to me, so I assumed they were reliable and careful. The two guys who showed up couldn't have been nicer. Unfortunately, they couldn't have had dirtier hands and my chaise left with black fingerprints and smudges all over. I noted this on the invoice. 3 weeks later I get a horrified text from the recipient and photos showing several LARGE tears in the upholstery. Delivery guy said I hadn't wrapped it well. HDUSA wrapped it! At their insistance! Now in claims.
