Outstanding Carrier. Williams was Very Easy to work with. He communicated Exceptionally well. I will use him again if I get the opportunity.

Bill went way beyond what would be expected. The pick up was not what was expected but he was very patient and professional throughout. The machine had an unexpected flat tire and he went out of his way to get it fixed. I will use this guy and pay extra just to make up for his efforts.

Great to deal with. Excellent Communication. On time at both Pick up and Delivery in spite of having trailer tire problems. Anytime I have a shipment that I think will fit on their equipment I will surely request a bid from them.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me by phone earlier today to tell me that he had to cancel because he was unable to make the Pick Up as scheduled.

This is one of the Most Cooperative SERVICE Providers, with an emphasis on SERVICE, that I have ever used. Going the extra mile is not far enough for George, he goes much farther. His concern for the care of the equipment was sincere. He really cared. I will always seek him out when I have a load that I think will fit on his equipment and recommend him Very Highly.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication with this provider is the worst I have ever encountered. The load was scheduled for pick up within the time frame of the bid. This did not happen and after finally contacting the provider I was sent a message that he had switched the load to another company. I had a couple of satisfactory communications with both the broker and driver but when they did not make the new pick up appointment, communication with the broker ceases. I did talk to the driver a couple of times but got eith

Sorry for the bad service we changed phone carrier to vontage.com our phone do not work 80% of the time. AS of 07/27/13 we are back to regular phone services

Although there were challanges that popped up during the transport and delivery of this shipment, 1st Class Shipping did a 1st Class job of handling them. I have used 1st Class before and will use them again when I have the opportunity.
