I have been notified of damage on my shipment. The customer didn't think much of the dent until he pulled the cover off the end of the motor and discovered the fan broken. I can get back to you or Central Transport tomorrow with your completed damage claim form I just cannot today within 24 hours of the delivery. Thanks Dennis, All Things Manly
