I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver was ready on 11/30 but Heidy told us after she accept the Bid that we couldn't pick it up after 1:30 pm when on the messages she said different days to pick it up, the driver was on his way and the seller of the truck did not allow him to get the truck once he was there so we asked her if she would be ok with picking up the truck today 12/01 and She said yes, She wanted to pay $350 for wrecker but least expensive wrecker was $1200 so we were not able to load the unit.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Was supposed to pick up the load today. I called multiple times and it went straight to voicemail I spoke to him once this morning after I emailed him and asked him to call me which he did from a different number then the one listed. He stated he would call his driver and call right back. It’s been 9 hours and I have made numerous attempts to reach him via phone (left voicemails) texted, emailed and nothing. Zero communication
