Great handling of equipment. He even took the time to cover the exhaust pipe to keep out road & weather debris. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Paul is very nice to speak and deal with. Prompt on delivery and let us know of a weather delay. This is the second piece of equipment he has hauled for us. Great experience.

Great to transport with. They hauled a crane man basket. Kind of an odd load. They were quick to pickup and early to drop off. Very nice to speak with both in person and on the phone.

They wern't too bad to ship with once they responded to the award. Once scheduled they were very prompt on pickup and deliver. They overcharged me from what was quoted on UShip's checkup and they did not respond to any emails about that. It was $2-3.00 over charge above what I accepted the bid for. That was my biggest complaint about this company was the comunication up front and the over charge.

We had issues getting the shippment out of our yard, but alot of it was the fact that LDM tried to ship it via FedEx Express, and our product had to ship FedEx Ground. So there was some confuision, but we finally got it out and customer service was good to work with.
