The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The household was much larger than indicated.

The shipper was under the impression that '2 bedroom apartment' somehow meant 4 total items. They did not arrive in a reasonable time, were incredibly unprofessional, and treated us poorly prior to leaving. The auction I had placed was clear in a 2 bedroom apartment with ADDITIONAL large items.
I ended up having to get last-minute move assistance for $2,000 locally. I have since noticed that this account has been suspended due to potential fraud claims!

If there was a rating higher than positive, like Super Positive, I would give it to Tori and Erik! They were ahead of schedule, super friendly and absolutely great! I wouldn't hesitate in the least to use them again for anything! GREAT movers!

There is not a 'better than positive' or I would use it! Leon's professionalism and hard work was easily head and shoulders above any company that bids 4 times what he bids. He is very friendly and approachable and it is very clear he takes great pride in his work. We could not have done this move without Leon's help! Absolutely amazing experience and we will be giving him a call first when we need to move anything else. We recommended him to a number of friends! You'll be completely happy!
