A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was very frustrated with this cancellation. The provider agreed to a pickup date between Monday and Wednesday and then cancelled on Sunday indicating that his truck has already passed through and missed my stop. This did not seem right to me as his truck passed through before his agreed upon pickup date had even arrived. This reflects poorly upon my business as now I have to tell my client that he will have to wait even longer for his item. It also involves loss of time and money for me.

Small miscommunication, which left my shipment sitting at hub for a few days, but overall acceptable service. One thing I really appreciated was that they provided a pallet for the shipment.
