Freightmar International ( dba WES EXPORT TRADER ) is a forwarding company specializing in shipping overseas vehicles from United States and Canada. In includes shipping cars, trucks, trailers, boats and any other type of rolling or oversize units. Since 1993 we mastered loading and shipping vehicles - both in containers and in roll-on / roll-off system. In recent years Freightmar became leading North American forwarder for shipping cars mostly because we provide all inclusive services.

i was to pick up the boat on monday no later then tuesday july14-15 and are truck broke down in route to deliver another load that it had on and then was to get this load i contacted the shipper but no answer left message and max returned are call we told him what had happened he said just to try to get a truck there asap and i was working on it so i try to call again and no answer so i sent an email telling him that i was trying to get a truck there by monday and he said it would be fine but re

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This is redicilous. The carrier did not pick up the boat on time. Very hard to reach. I had to call the driver and find out MYSELF that there was a breakdown and delay, no one called me or emailed me to explain ahead of time. I DO NOT think there ever was a breakdown. Even if there was, it's only fair that the carrier takes care of the storage incurred because of breakdowns or delays. If they had to pay anything to load, unload, fix, or "whatever needs to be done to the boat to tow it" fess....

we tried to call many times and no answer. were hauling the boat without any money up front or being paid at delivery they were going to mail a check thats fine but want me topay for storage when my fuel injectors went out on my diesel truck i dont think so we were already doing the load at a low price i told him i was getting a truck there but he would not pay the storage wanted me to i cant do that. i had to email him to get a response not my fault sorry

Great communication and timely service! Call this guy, he does it well!!! My trailer was picked up on time and delivered fast. Called me at the pick up and at delivery, GREAT JOB! Even went out of his way and made sure that the trailer is safe for transport spending hours at the pick up. WOW! Thanks again!
