Great Shipper to work with. Everything worked out well. Help on both ends wih loading / unloading. Able to reach by e-mail and phone. Payment was prompt and with a nice, very much appreciated gratuity. Fine young man and I'd be happy to work with again any time.

Overall a very positive experience. Mike was very responsive via both email and text/phone calls. An all around good person, very kind and helpful. Very reasonable pricing as well. Picked up my bike from my home with no hassle and met me at my storage location in no time. Unloaded the bike quickly and safely as well as helped me move it into my storage locker. He did more than he needed to do and it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend. Thanks again!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I tried to contact the shipper but could not get a hold of him. The shipper said he could move it on a specific day but days passed and I never heard from him. I decided I no longer need his services, so all in all it was a neutral experience.

Working with Jim from Itow4U was an excellent experience. He picked up my bike and delivered it to my door promptly and safely. Once the bike arrived, I immediately noticed his trailer wasn't battered, beaten, or cluttered. On top of that, he did it for a low price which was very appreciated. I didn't have an expensive budget and Jim was very reasonable and was able to work with me on price. He kept in touch regularly via both email and on the phone. I would refer Jim to anyone.
