THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SHIPPER AND ME WAS EXCELLANT. I KNEW THAT WINCHESTER WOULD BE STAYING OVER NIGHT AND DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY. SHE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY WITH THE BIRTHDAY PRESENT. EVEN WHEN SHE HAD A MECHANICAL PROBLEM WITH HER VEHICLE, SHE DID HER BEST TO GET THE HORSE TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
