A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately due to a unforeseeable breakdown I was not able to complete the pick up and delivery of the customers shipment and I apologize for not being able to stick with the schedule but thank you for your business, and once again sorry for the inconvenience...

Driver had multiple issues that kept him from arriving on time for pickup (past the 10 day agreed upon window). When he did arrive his equipment was unable to handle the load. I advertised the load as 1000 pounds heavier then it actually was.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper had trailer issues and hasn't been able to fulfill this shipment in the time frame agreed upon. I gave him a good star rating because there seems to be multiple issues beyond his control.
