The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No communication, many calls, many email, many time spent, no results from the other part.
Response from applog:
Unfortunately, we went to pick up the item and the item was parked up a hill where the truck could not get to it. With it not running it would of needed to be hauled by an outside wrecker company to bring down the hill. We explained this to the customer but never received a phone call stating they were ready now for the item to be hauled.
