I no longer need my item(s) shipped We are changing the date of the shipment to an undetermined date. No fault of the service provider. Service provided has been notified of the cancellation and accepted the request.

We used them for 2 different shipments. The 1st was completed well, however the 2nd was the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. This was not only inconvenient, unprofessional and stressful, but the company decided to start ignoring our calls/emails. I gave them more than enough chances over a span of 2 yrs to reimburse us for the damages (which they said they would and "the check is in the mail"), however we received nothing but false promises. Save yourself the stress and avoid them.
