Jill had everything all ready for us! Information on location for pick up and drop off! It was easy loading and unloading and flexible with times, pending the unexpected weather for the drop off location. Great communication and a pleasure to do business with. We had a rough start at first, no communication but after the communication picked up and we were informed of delays and how his schedule looked we felt more comfortable and everything was delivered as when it was sent and the drivers were very pleasant.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to reach the provide and left many messages asking that I receive verification of the exact time of pick up and estimated time/date of delivery. Provide never sent me an email or returned my calls and did not show up the date that was originally setup and didnt show up at any further time.I request that the $85 preshipment payment that was paid thru palpay be credited to my uship acct so that I may use it on my new listing and a shipment that will be sent this month.

I was impressed by the feedback by previous users of trailoftreasures/Eric and Kym and took their offer right away and it was a great decision. They were very easy to work with and converse with. They were right on time and loaded fast and everything I shipped arrived just as it had left. They aim to please and this is a quality everyone appreciates. I wont delay in hiring them again.

This was my first experience with USHIP and James made the transaction work like a dream. A few clicks on my computer and my boat was moved from Madison, WI to our Cottage on Lake Onario NY. I'll for sure use James again.
