The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Trailer was bigger and heavier than listed on UShip. It was listed at 3500 and was actually close to 9000.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider showed up for pickup, stated that he did not feel comfortable hauling the trailer. He did not have the proper tools to pick up the trailer even though the pickup location offered to loan him tools.
