This was a unique situation in which the provider was taking care of a first move for some young people. There was was also very little time between booking the move and the required move date.
The provider was very prompt, courteous and professional at all stages of the process. Because timing was so important, the provider even arranged (with approval from the other customer) to briefly interrupt another move to make sure our time requirements were met.
In a word, AWESOME!
