Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Please note we are a professional transport. We were very clear in our bid to transport to the US/Canadian border. This is not what the customer wanted and we respect that. We make every effort to meet the needs of our Customers. i was very satisfied with the service i got, he was there when i needed to talk to him, and arrived on time and took care of stuff that needed to be done, very honest and friendly i definetly would use him again

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time my boat was suppose to be here a month ago and still is not, mt driver has came up with several excuses and now i can not even get a hold of him, he wont answer his phone and will not call back to my voice mails, summer is half over so i would like to cancel and get a driver who will be reliable and trustworthy

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider they did not seem to interested in shipping my boat, they also were not able to haul into canada and i need it hauled into alberta
