Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Service provider did not pay attention to directions as I advised that he would need to communicate with the pick up and coordinate a date to pick up. After attempting to pick up twice and not advising the pick up location, he insulted the person at the pick up location and they no longer want him on the property. Need to cancel and find another provider that is professional to assist us with coordinating and speaking to customers.
