The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it He cannot provide hoist services was suppose to get back to me and did not update me.

total lies i did tell his secretary or person on text we had hoist and just give me 2 days heads up. i was trying to communicate to that person and she was MIA all the time that shipper has real bad communication now lies about it
