Not recommended for any business. Missrepresented the shipment by: weight, pickup and delivery address classification. Did not understand that the quote is based on the posted details. Charges legaly apply as we have proof from the carrier in hand. Thanks.

Do not use Now Move (USA) LLC!! Difficult to deal with and not customer friendly. Tried charging me extra money and keeping it after FedEx refunded them. I did all the leg work with Fedex who actually pickup up the pallet and moved it. Fedex mis weighted the pallet and charged overweight fee. I got the weight correct with FedEx and Now Move did not help try to resolve the issue. Only once I got an invoice from Fedex did they refund the overweight fee.
Find someone else to use!
