Occasionally buy furniture pieces from an ebay listing. For the most part, I am unable to transport the purchase from it's location to my residence.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I told the customer that I would contact the seller this Monday, I don't see where the problem is, it states in the folio the dates we plan to pick up, so the customer knows, our policy is to call at least 48hours prior to pick up,

I no longer need my item(s) shipped There have been a number of difficulties with the purchase of the item that was proposed to be shipped. The purchase was exacerbated by the shipper's lack of communication once booking took place, though I was pressured to "book", so that the ship could be scheduled. Seller has not been contacted by shipper to arrange pick-up date. I give up! Decided that the entire 'project' was not worth the aggravation

Arrangements for delivery were readily-made, so that the item could be delivered to my neighbors' home while I was away. Neighbors gave glowing reports with regard to Jeff's polite attitude and consideration. Delivered item arrived safely and just as it had been described -so careful traveling and handling had been planned for the freight. Reasonable cost, as well.
