I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it There is extensive damage to the front of the vehicle, which makes it impossible to roll and steer. This damage was not revealed to us at all. Customer advised in his post that the vehicle rolls and steers. We dispatched a driver with a winch and quite capable of handling inoperable cars. The picture on the posting, intentionally hides the severe damage in the front.
In addition, no assistance was provided at pick up for loading.
The posting is deceptive and the customers comment is unfair Response from Eric J.: I was unaware of the extensive damage. I posted the same phone as was on eBay that I purchased the vehicle from.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Vehicle was supposed to be picked up by 8/3. Shipper has not been proactive in letting me know what is going on. Only after I emailed them to ask if they found a truck, the response I got was simply "no, not yet". They are are already well past the contracted pick-up date. I have lost confidence, wish to cancel my shipment with them.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper showed up to pick up vehicle on 7-23, which is the day after it was supposed to be delivered.
