I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When we arrived to pickup motorcycle, it did not roll. After speaking with owner of bike and trying several things, we still could not get to roll. Therefore could not load bike. We apologize that we are not able to accommodate this shipment.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipment has been a COMPLETE DISASTER. Montway raised the price three times, and missed the pickup window by 11 days. They then re dispatched it and quoted zero additional dollars (I have the email). They then called me and said it was $50 more owned, but the truck was dispatched already. The driver showed up, and then left. NEVER AGAIN WITH MONTWAY AND I AM LEAVING BAD FEEDBACK. Total nightmare.
