This shipper is unlike the rest, they are honest hardworking people who go out of their way to deliver your vehicle quickly. The communication is excellent. I reviewed their record before accepting the offer and found that it was close to perfect, the end result was that they exceeded my expectations.

Franks is the best, I went with Franks because of their record of keeping customer's satisfied. I contracted with them and within 24 hours my Bonneville was being picked up at the seller's home, and within 72 hours the Bonneville was being delivered in perfect condition, not even a scratch. Franks sent me a email and called me after the Bonneville was delivered.It is not always about the best price, the bottom line "It is all about the service" Thanks.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper has a contract to ship my vehicle and has accepted a deposit. I feel there is a serious problem with this Shipper that is wasting my time and compromising my relationship with my buyer. This is the second cancellation for this shipment. I am very upset with the way Uship allows shippers to waste my time.

This is our first cancellation with this shipper and had to be done due to a reroute of another shipment that no longer put the trucks in the area as explained to the shipper. It's unfortunate, but was necessary do to a change that re routed the truck. Additionally, deposits are not taken by the hauler. Fees are paid to UShip for their services. We did not receive any funds from this shipper.
