I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not turn up at the agreed day and time for 2 days. Transporter has sending me text messages for two days that he is stack on motorway and unable to collect. it is very unfair as he does this after we agreed to be collected first on Wednesday 20th Sep then on Thursday 21st and he never turned up ,just sending me texts that he cant make it. I've waited two days and keep moving the chairs up and down the floors. I do not want to use his services and I want a full refund
