Transporter is uncontactable, has not picked up item on arranged date.

The transporter, E.A.P Gippsland Agricultural contracting has not picked up the item on the arranged date and has been uncontactable. I have sent multiple SMS messages and tried to call several times a day for about a week now, to no avail.
