Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time We had a situation whereby our assistant shop manager misplaced the shop keys and was unable to open the shop by the agreed collection timeframe. However, I tried to call the service provider 1 hour previous to the collection time to inform them. Their telephone seems to be out of service. Therefore I emailed them to explain the situation. The agreed collection time was between 11am and 12pm on 14th April but we were able to open at 11.45am. There had been no calling card posted through the lett
