After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I asked if I needed to bring help to load and unload and the customer said he prefers to go through a professional moving company instead . We are professional but it is his belongings so whatever he feels comfortable with is ok with me .

Milos and company really deserve more than 5 stars. They kept in contact, were early, and work diligently and efficiently to wrap my belongings and get them loaded for moving. They moved me from a 2nd floor to. 5th floor even with a slight time delay because of the freight elevator. I had absolutely no issues and I HIGHLY recommend him! HIGHLY.
