Responsible professional middle-aged couple. Have used Uship half dozen times. Always leave top ratings (other than the time the shipper broke all my wife's heirloom 19th century cut glass. We co-ordinate closely with shipper, provide as much information as possible, stay in contact. Always pay 50% upfront, 50% at the end. CASH if you want it. Require real insurance and a customer rating of at lest 95%.

Seriously excellent movers. When they couldn't get their large truck down my steep Colorado mountain road with a foot of snow in the dark of night, they improvised, moved all my furniture by hand 100 yards and then down 18 steps to get it into my home undamaged. They went way above and beyond the call of duty. Communication excellent as well and they picked up and delivered exactly on time.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This vendor, although a nice guy, has no control over who actually does the shipping. I have had a very difficult time. 1/2 of my furniture was picked up and delivered. The rest has not been. Now the vendor wants to be paid for the part that was delivered and walk away from the rest. He refuses to return phone calls. Overall, I would never use him again.
