What a nightmare! after explaining to him my situation and importance of this shipment he agreed to get the job done. After not picking up the shipment on the scheduled date, he postponed to the following morning. that morning he did not show up and cancelled after 3 hours of saying he is 20 minutes away. this left me stranded with no time to find a new driver. he never even called to apologize. i would look elsewhere. very unprofessional business.
