Best word to describe this customer: thorough! He made all necessary arrangements and was a great communicator. We could use a man like this to coordinate our trips; he's a logistical master! Not only that, but he was very flexible and generous. We were driving through a snow storm and he made delivery available anytime from 1 AM - 9AM. Wow! Even more impressive was the monetary tip and homemade, chocolate chip cookies we received as a bonus. It was a wonderful experience.

Completely satisfied with the pickup and delivery. They encountered challenging weather conditions coming to pickup and at delivery, WASH DC 2009 Blizzard of the decade, and made it through safely with my item intact and in working condition. The delays could not be helped due to weather conditions, but we worked through them....I will certainly use them again for sure. The item was slightly too large to fit through the door at delivery, but they found away into the apartment without damage.
