Bill went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only were his rates reasonable but during transport from Florida to the Northeast he encountered multiple mechanical issues with our trailer (that had been purchased with the boat). He was able to resolve the issues quickly and did so with the utmost professionalism and honesty.
