A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Scheduling issue came up since customer needed it done sooner in their time frame.

The shipment was accepted early July. I needed it within a 2 week period. A month passed, no service, and no one calling me telling me that they could not do it. The auction house is now charging storage fees. This is the worse you can do for your customer, someone who trusted that you would provide service.

DON'T USE ......... Due to a recent change in personnel, my shipment took over a month to get delivered. When it was delivered, it was in the dead of night with no notification. In the morning I checked since I received an email from UShip that my shipment was delivered. It was delivered, but in pieces, stacked. When I looked further, there were missing pieces as well. I have reached out to her but she declined to respond and left me with a total loss.

I am so sorry. We had unexpected family issues and my husband is now unable to help with the company because of some personal issues he is getting help for, and I am now taking over ownership of the company and trying to find reliable help. I just quit my job that I had for almost 7 years to do this business with my husband. We had unexpected family issues, a close family friend die very unexpected, and then issues with my husband and everything has fallen onto me. And I did email you back.
