I don't believe in arguring with my customers but I do believe in not ignoring the facts. Fact 1. Customer was told to agree upon date prior to accepting. He did not (See the shipment to verify). The customer was told after the acceptance we would still try and get it picked up within peramters and we did.Car accepted 23rd and dispatched out 26th. Through all tha. customer still canceled because he felt his vehicle should have been picked up immediately.

Stay away from this shipper. He doesn't answer emails OR phone calls!!! He's a jerk and just subcontracts out the shipment to others anyways. The reason he did NOT contact me was he was trying to find a truck to bring the shipment so he will ignore your phone calls and emails hoping to book the shipment and put a $100 in his own pocket on others work. I waited for a full 72 hours before filing a cancellation on this guy and will NEVER accept another bid from him again.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time saturday night our driver to suffered a stress induced heart attact in shrevport la. when i was contacted i jumped a plane to be ther with him and did not have any way to contact any of our customers we here at evildanes are evry sorry for the fact that we did not contact you but at the time my only concern was making sure that tom was ok. this was his 3rd heart attack and is now retiring from driving and handing these duties down to his helper erine. we are very sorry for getting in touch with

Still haven't heard anything about the shipment? I guess cell phones don't work in Shreveport. I understand the concern for the driver but if you can arrange a flight and knew about the shipment, you could pick up a phone and call. No worries though, got the shipment completed and that's all that matters. Hopefully your guy will be safe.

Kieth at hellrazorcustoms is as cool as the come and easy to work for. All he wants a good shipper that calls or emails and can get his custom cars and his bikes moved with out problems. Boys he builds em a nice as they come so if you think you cant handle the job then dont bid His kick A@@ cars have $10000.00 air brusk paint jobs. Todds an awesome driver. He worked with me on price, delivery pick up and drop off and stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Upon making it back to Dallas he even kept my equipment safe, warm, and dry until I could get through the ice to meet him and unload. Very nice guy, very dependable, VERY professional. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I've tried for 72 hours to reach shipper. I've been told on three occasions that "Frank" would call me back but have yet to hear from him. I have talked to his associate on three occasions who keeps telling me that "logistics" hasn't contacted him and therefore he can not tell me when the car is to be expected or when I should notify shipping party to be available for pickup. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This provider is requiring extra deposits above and beyond what has already been paid to Uship to gaurantee payment. I informed shipper that I always pay cash upon delivery but he would not accept cash as payment upon delivery despite having my $30k car as collateral.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was to be at my house on Sunday the 26th at 1pm. I did not see nor hear from the service provider all day that day. I called him that evening and his phone was off. I sent him an email asking where he was and still haven't heard from him. I've called five times over the past three days and email twice with no response. The customer has chosen to use a freight service he found for the same price because it's more reliable at this point.
