Although the bike was delivered, it was a week late. The driver complained about taking the boxes even though i rang him and asked if this was ok. Unreliable pick up and delivery times. Also recieved a text saying that he had to drive an extra 8 hours because of me (not sure why) even though the pickup and delivery address was given at the start. Asked for extra money upon delivery. Would not use again mainly because the dates were so far out. It was cheap enough and bike was still delivered.
