I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called, emailed, and texted multiple times trying to confirm the time of pickup. I was told it would be arranged the week between Sept. 27 & Oct. 1 and that I would receive contact from the driver the day before to set the exact time. Sept. 30 I called and texted many times, to receive no response. I booked another delivery company who has already come to get the bike, because I received no word from Exprt.
