The best communication I have ever had with a shipper (start to finish)! They arrived exactly when they said they would, wrapped the items carefully and kept the recipient up-to-date on delivery timeframe. I highly recommend them....and I'd definitely use them again.

The communication was excellent up front. The shipper had problems with their truck and in an attempt to get it here on-time - rented a truck to make my delivery (much appreciated). The 3 star review is due to a lack of care wrapping the furniture for transport. The table was leaning against a mattress and had a blanket thrown over the top of it. It was placed directly on the floor of the truck. It arrived with significant veneer loss that could have been prevented. Unfortunate.

A great experience - start to finish. I needed to book something on short notice (less than 24 hours). Brad replied to my posting within an hour. Communicated with me throughout the entire process. Items were wrapped carefully. I would definitely use Brad again!

I want to be completely fair in this review. The owner of the company did a great job communicating with me.....but he seems to have little sway over the employees that delivered this piece of furniture. They kept me waiting 11+ hours the day of scheduled delivery and still didn't arrive. They rescheduled for a specific time the next morning and arrived 45 mins late. The piece wasn't secured and the drawers came flying out of the desk when they went to move it. A total disaster.
