I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period There was a scheduling conflict with the original dates provided and the service provider said that he'd be able to accommodate the shipment two weeks after the original dates provided. Being that everything was already booked, I chose to wait the two weeks, which have elapsed as of today. The service provider is not responding to my communication attempts at this point. I texted him yesterday and left a voicemail this morning, both to no avail. I take their lack of response as backing out of

Great guy to work with and he offered the best price as well. My shipment with Chris came in sooner than expected and while I had other obligations Chris was patient and worked with me. I'd do business with this company again.
