The absolute worst kind of people to deal with, they kept changing the dates that they were available, threatened to not pay me for the delivery,, Told me i had to wait 3-4 days for payment, ignored my calls after delivery and didnt want to pay, Yelled and had a screaming episode while on the phone with me, I wouldn’t deliver for them never ever again i dont care how much the pay is,,

This is completely false. You changed the dates for when you would be picking up 3 days in a row, screamed at our employees on a Saturday. We never said you would have to wait for payment we just said we might not be able to release the payment within the hour you delivered it in as our OOS employee is off on Saturdays. It is laughable you're trying to say we had a screaming episode with you because the only reason you're writing any of this is because we just left feedback for you.

Item where transported from chicago to reno nevada . They where poorly plastic wrap in Chicago where i picked up the iteams i had to re wrap them The iteam where open by customer and found that the items where damage and dirty...

Juan, I understand you are frustrated but they were clean and not broken when they left here. When they got there the corner was busted in and it was completely filthy. I would not have allowed a chair that looked like that to be shipped that far away for that much money. I am sorry you're frustrated, but this was not caused by us. We pride ourselves in our quality and unfortunately you damaged them on their way there.

Kept pushing back when he would be picking up, screamed at our employees demanding they release payment the second he dropped off or threatened to not deliver the piece -- absolutely will not be working with again

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This order was never picked up by the shipper. We will need to relist this shipment and now have an angry customer because we did not get it to her in the time that was originally provided by this service provider to take the piece.
