I buy antiques and need shippers that are experienced in the packing and extra care that is required for the long distance transport of antiques. I will most often need a rush pick up, but will most often NOT need a rush delivery. I am reasonable, honest and easy to get along with. Oh, and most important, I wasn't born yesterday.

Although there was no help available to load in MI and driver had to find someone & pay him to assist (not her fault), Lisa was great at the delivery end. She changed her plans to work with the driver on the delivery date and time & helped him out. She stayed in good communications with us during the process and we would definitely ship for her again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This cancellation is totally my fault. I failed to mention that the pick-up place needed 24 hours notice. With the July 4 holiday being tomorrow, my shipper is not able to meet the deadline we agreed upon.This shipper is awesome - friendly and communicative - and so the cancellation is not his fault. Hopefully I can work with him in the future. For now, I plan to relist the items.

I can't say enough good things about 1 Source Transportation. Fred really, really helped me out by picking up two shipments in Florida that I was having trouble getting to Texas.
