I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This service provider is non-communicative. I got two texts - one early on and one later, but both came only after I had repeatedly tried to reach them. Since the last text in late December, I have received no response from this shipper. This item has been ready to pick up since early November. I am lucky that the auction house has not forfeited my item.

Greg and his son are great. I was so lucky that they came to my rescue and accepted my bid to get my antique auction item from CA to TX. Up until then, it had been super difficult to find someone at a decent price. Although communication needs improvement, overall, they provided a great, hassle-free experience.

Great price and friendly people, but communication could be better. When I stated that I could receive the items any day, that did not mean that I would be OK with only a 25 minutes heads up. It ended up working out OK, but I deserved at a 24 hours' notice at the very least. That's common courtesy. Response from l3transportdelivery: So great to get to work with you and be of service! Thank you- We use 3 modes of communication for all customers: Email, text and phone calls. Our drivers always call 30minutes prior to arrival. Thank you

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider did not pick up shipment as expected and did not communicate with me. Upon contacting service provider, I was told that he was no longer in the area but hoped to be be there again soon. Again, service provider failed to communicate. Upon contacting service provider AGAIN, I was told that he could no longer pick up the item. Since the fault was his, I asked him to cancel the shipment, to which he agreed. Jesus is the best of the best. He does everything right and my antique pieces arrived in perfect condition. He even put my antique records up front in the cab with him so that they wouldn't get too hot. That is above and beyond service! I highly recommend!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The item to be shipped is located at the auction house where I purchased it. I just learned today that the auction house will not be open on Friday, July 22, which is the day that the shipper told me that he needed to pick up the item. I had no way of knowing that the auction house would be closed until I learned about it today. Likewise, the shipper is not at fault. They are not able to wait until Monday to pick up due to their other deadlines. It is regrettable, but mutually agreed upon.

Jorge is the absolute BEST! I tried for about 6 weeks to get someone to pick up a hutch I bought in Scotts Valley, CA. Finally, Jorge came along. He was SO communicative and handled my hutch (and other items) with the care they deserved. THANKS to him, my beautiful hutch is finally in Texas!
