Intiallogistics was absolutely horrible ..no communication unless I called ..didn't pick up anywhere near the time it was supposed to be picked up .booked on Jan 2 didn't pick up until the 27th.one dispatcher laughed at me and hung up when I said I was going to complain to uship ...finally got my car to my daughter in texas on the 31 st .so took 29 days ..i could have shipped overseas quicker than that .would not even consider them stay away..

John was a handful. Day 3, he starts calling our office, and screaming at dispatchers. We explained we were delayed due to weather issues. We said we would reschedule. On day 10, he called again, and asked if we would pickup that day. We said we could not yet, and that he was welcome to a refund, as we offered in the beginning. No one laughed at him, but he did curse out several staff members. We shipped the vehicle anyways, at our OWN COST, and at his request. We have the documentation.
