When things go wrong. It is easy to do the job when everything goes right it is even more of an indication of the kind of business you are dealing with when things don't. Unfortunately one of the vehicles above the vehicle that I was shipping gripped and acidic on to the top of the car paint was damaged. Pictures were taken estimates were received and the shipper paid the cost of the repainting of the hood with no questions asked. An extremely honest shipper.

Sorry for this experience. Your vehicle was in a bad weather pattern. Mother nature has been fierce over the past two weeks in the midwest. Slowed our drivers and trucks up as well as other drivers for other companies. Best of luck with this transport.

The drivers were excellent. Due to a lack of communication from the owner of the shipping company they had to wait a full day to pick up the boat. They handled the delay like professionals. Their were issues with the trailer and they took care of that too. I hope in the future the owners of this shopping company focus on prompt communications with both customers and drivers. Other than that very successful delivery.

I believe this is a new company. The communication between the owners email and tel number was non existant. Tim finally called who is not the owner. It caused the drivers to have to wait a full day unecessarily. The 2 drivers were excellent. They were patient and helpful and made excellent time. So overall it worked out but the owners need to be better at communicating.

I was told when they called that they would be arriving around 3pm on Saturday. They had a flat tire which they say cost them 3 hours but they didnt get to the drop off location till 10 PM! I was never updated on the arrival. I had to keep texting to get updates. I am a single parent and my girls were a sleep and I had to leave them to go accept delivery. Who wants to go out at 10 PM in 30 degree weather to look over a car. The car was delivered as advertised and the driver was very polite.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shippers mother was killed in an auto accident in Germany. He needs to go there and tend to this.

All I can say is simply WOW!
Booked yesterday and the boat was here by noon today from Phoenix to Salt Lake. He left Yuma several hours to Phoenix to pick the boat up and then another 650 miles. Excellent service. Reasonablly priced too. Kept in contact the whole time and was very professional and polite.
When I ship something he will be the first one I will call.
