The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Shippers trailer broke, but then unfortunately this got strung out for another month. They said they were leaving and coming back and the trailer would be fixed, then said that they were just going to rent a truck and pick it up, and then they said that the trailer was unable to be fixed and they had to cancel the shipment. I’ve asked now for them to cancel the shipment two times and it has not been canceled. Communication was very poor.
