After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I was not able to communicate with customer after many attempts. When I finally got through to someone at the number given to me, the person who picked up did not speak English.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I drove from out of town to pickup shipment. When arriving. We realized that I was sent the wrong dimensions.I was willing to still pick up shipment by renting a truck. But was asked to cancel both pickups.So I cancelled both shipments.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer sent me the wrong dimensions. I came from out of town to pick up shipment. But when arrive realized that based on dimensions that were giving. I would not be able to fit the items into my trailer. But the customer was very easy to deal with and understanding.
