Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I had a death in family -and have not had time to call customer ! i just arrived home 2 am and find this cancellation request -- and who i chose
to answer my phone calls is my damn business ! not customers concern !
i have had the hardest time filling this trailer for run north - one problem
is weather at a pick-up location -- several bad snow storms past 2-3 weeks
and another problem is having bids Accepted -and - it has been a slow
process -- due to holidays - we will call customer Response from Robyn K.: This has been unfortunate at best. The anger & profanity is unprofessional & unwarranted. I worked with Bill for over a month trying to make this work. I understand the benefits of filling the truck prior to leaving, and didn't mind waiting. Mr. Fowler has represented himself as someone else on the phone when I have called before only to later admit that he screens his own calls. No further calls were received. After I canceled Mr. Fowler was promptly available for communication with UShip.com.

My experience with FastLane Transport was phenomenal. Dan not only provided the service exactly as he promised, but he went above and beyond taking steps to ensure I was completely informed and comfortable with the entire transaction. He provided superb communication throughout, and I could have set my watch by his delivery time. There just aren't enough nice things I can say. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Original delivery date was not met, but a later date was accepted by both parties as the shipper, Bill, asked for my patience as he waited on notification on other bids that he had out so he could fill his truck prior to making the trip north for my shipment. I can more than understand how beneficial that would be to him, and agreed. However, the subsuquent promised pick up/delivery times agreed to were not met either. I have since sent e-mail, and left phone messages that have been unanswered, Response from southeasttransport: We have all E mails with the replys - and we had a
death in our family 3 days before Thanksgiving !
i have been tied up with family ! and not thinking
about work - some people are just in a hurry and
no concept our side of Business -- Plus we have had
bad weather in several pick-up locations -for last
3- weeks -and other issues -- plus filling trailer
for this run has been a slow go due to holidays-
and slow acceptance of bids - and our other customers understansd snow -no- Go !!!!
