Extremely disgusted! Driver told me that pickup would be around 11am. Then he called and said he was having issues with truck. It was 8pm when he arrived (resulting in additional rent charges). It was 2:30 in the morning when he finished loading my stuff & his partner was asleep on the floor in another room (I have photos)! Upon delivery my tv stand was completely broken. He agreed to pay for it, never did, and now he will not answer my texts (I have the texts as proof). I deserve a refund! Response from KINGQE2: While Ms. Yukia G. is valid in her frustration, as this wasn't our company's finest hour, nevertheless we did push through & complete t/ move for this customer, despite Murphy's Law unfortunately being in full effect. As to t/ specifics of her complaint, yes my helper/ assistant was asleep, as t/ young man was simply exhausted & @ this point t/ truck was Fully Loaded w/ t/ exception of a few items. Full refund, not valid, 1 item made of partical board was damaged, otherwise, a professional move
