Hi there! I live in Phoenix, Arizona and travel often to our neighboring states. I've found it difficult and expensive to ship certain items and UShip has really come in handy. I figured it only made sense to help those needing to ship items, as well!

Weight given was incorrect; much more than listed. The pickup and dropoff zipcodes were incorrect. I informed sender that I would need additional compensation to service, to which he agreed, but was a hassle for me to receive said payment. There was no unloading assistance, as requested. The recipient had to assist, but was not pleased in doing so. All in all, a bad experience for me. I hope future shipments with sender go much smoother.
