Very great experience! He arrived well on time, and was very professional. I had problems getting the vehicle ready, but he was very patient, and even offered help.On getting to destination, shipper found the receiver was closed, but he waited and arranged for vehicle to be placed in a safe lot nearby and made all the arrangements, even though it wasn't his responsibility. I am extremely happy, pleased, and proud of shipper. Will not only use again, but will recommend to friends!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider It's difficult to reach service provider to convey needs/concerns. Phone calls, e-mails are not returned timely. I have a deadline and do not feel comfortable with this Provider. I already missed one of the deadlines due to failed promises.
